ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

The following terms are used in these General Terms and Conditions:

Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: a natural person who does not act for professional or business purposes and enters into a distance contract with the trader.

Ongoing contract: a distance contract for products and/or services with regular delivery over a specified period.

Durable medium: any medium that enables the consumer or the trader to store information in a way that is accessible and reproducible in the future.

Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Trader: a natural or legal person who offers products and/or services at a distance.

Distance contract: a contract concluded through distance communication technology within an organized sales system.

Means of distance communication: a tool used to conclude a contract without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.

General terms: these terms and conditions of the trader.

ARTICLE 3 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract concluded between the trader and the consumer.

The consumer receives these General Terms before concluding the contract. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed how the terms can be obtained and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.

For contracts concluded electronically, the terms may also be provided in a manner that allows them to be stored on a durable medium.

If additional specific terms apply to certain products or services, the consumer may rely on the provision that is most favorable to them in the event of a conflict.

ARTICLE 4 – OFFER

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer description.

All offers are non-binding. The trader reserves the right to change content and prices at any time.

Each offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services. Images are indicative and may differ from the final product. Obvious errors or omissions do not bind the trader.

Each offer clearly states the consumer’s rights and obligations upon acceptance, including:

  • possible customs duties or import taxes;
  • any shipping costs;
  • the steps required to conclude the contract;
  • the existence or absence of the right of withdrawal;
  • accepted payment, delivery, and performance methods;
  • the validity period of the offer or price;
  • any additional costs for using certain communication methods;
  • how the contract is stored and accessed;
  • the possibility to review and correct entered data;
  • available contract languages;
  • applicable codes of conduct and how to access them;
  • the minimum duration of ongoing contracts.

ARTICLE 5 – CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.

In the case of electronic acceptance, the trader will immediately confirm receipt. Until that moment, the consumer may withdraw from the contract.

The trader implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure electronic data transmission and payments.

The trader reserves the right to verify the consumer’s creditworthiness within legal limits and may refuse an order or impose additional conditions if justified.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day following receipt of the product.

During this period, the consumer must handle the product with care and only to the extent necessary to assess its nature and functionality.

Withdrawal must be declared in writing or by email within 30 days. The product must be returned within 30 days of withdrawal.

If the right of withdrawal is not exercised within the stated period, the purchase becomes final.

ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Any payments made will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of return.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may be excluded only if explicitly stated before concluding the contract.

ARTICLE 9 – PRICES

Prices will not be increased during the validity of an offer unless required by law.

Price changes due to market fluctuations may occur where explicitly stated.

ARTICLE 10 – COMPLIANCE AND WARRANTY

The trader guarantees that products and services comply with the contract, legal requirements, and generally accepted quality standards.

ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

Orders are processed with due care and delivered to the address provided by the consumer.

ARTICLE 12 – DURATION CONTRACTS

Ongoing contracts may be terminated with a notice period of no more than one month.

ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 business days.

ARTICLE 14 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the issue and will be answered within 14 days.

ARTICLE 15 – JURISDICTION

All agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of the Hellenic Republic.

ARTICLE 16 – SMS MARKETING

By consenting during checkout or via signup forms, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages related to orders, promotions, or reviews. Participation is not a condition of purchase.
