Order cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at info@esthtica.com and include your order number. If the order has not left our facilities, we will cancel it without any issue. Otherwise, you will need to follow the return procedure.
Withdrawal / return / exchange procedure
You may withdraw from the purchase, return, or exchange your order within 30 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.
Before proceeding, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The items must not have been worn or washed
- Original tags must be intact
- Ideally, the return should be made in the original packaging
In other words: You may try the product on, but you may not use it for a week and then return it.
If these conditions are met, please contact our customer support team at info@esthtica.com. You will receive a withdrawal/return form and the relevant instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item (please use a tracked shipping service and inform us of the tracking number), we will inspect its condition.
If everything is in order, we will notify you by email and process the refund within 14 days from confirmation.
Defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong size or color, don’t worry – we’re here to help.
Please take a photo of the issue, keep your order number, and email us at info@esthtica.com with a brief description.
We will find the solution that suits you best – in most cases, we send a free replacement.
