- From the moment we receive your order, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process it. On weekdays, orders are usually shipped within one day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.
- After processing, the order is shipped, and delivery takes an average of 4 to 6 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package online via our shipping partner. You can find instructions on the order tracking page.

Make sure you've selected the correct options. If everything is correct, proceed to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the next page, enter your address and check it carefully. Then click "Continue to Shipping".
On the shipping page, you can review your details again. Here you'll also see confirmation that your delivery is free – as a small thank you, we're covering the shipping costs. Continue by clicking "Proceed to Payment".
