Some items are missing from my package – why?

My package arrived damaged – what should I do?

In rare cases, your order may be damaged during transport. This is, of course, not your responsibility. Please contact customer support immediately at info@esthtica.com. Important: Take photos of the damage and attach them to your email.

Please do not return the product before contacting us, as we may otherwise be unable to offer you the appropriate solution. Our team will process your request as quickly as possible and help you with the best possible option.
