When will I receive my order?

Your order processing takes about 1 to 2 business days. The average delivery time within Greece is 4 to 6 business days.

We ship orders to: Greece, Australia, United Kingdom, France, United States and Poland. Deliveries are always made with reliable transport partners to ensure the safe and timely shipment of your products.
The expected delivery date has passed – where is my order?
Orders are usually delivered within the expected time. However, delays may occur. If more than 3 days have passed since the delivery date and your order has not yet arrived, contact us at: info@esthtica.com

Some products are missing from my package – why?
Some orders are shipped in more than one package due to weight restrictions or because the products come from different suppliers. If you have ordered many items, it is possible they will not all arrive together.
Don’t worry – the remaining products are on their way and will usually be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
My package arrived damaged – what should I do?
In rare cases, your order may be damaged during transport. This is, of course, not your responsibility. Please contact customer service immediately at info@esthtica.com. Important: Take photos of the damage and attach them to your email.
Do not return the product before contacting us, otherwise we will not be able to offer you the appropriate solution. Our team will process your request as soon as possible and help you with the best possible option.
If you ordered the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind.
In this case, first contact customer service (info@esthtica.com). We will try to find the solution that suits you best. If this is not possible, you will simply need to cover the return shipping costs.
